Facade design

The building’s façade is shaped around a clear and coherent structural grid. Its frames serve structural, visual, and climatic functions, creating depth across the façade and transforming light and shadow into an integral part of the architectural character. At the lower levels, a combination of light-toned and transparent surfaces creates a calm and balanced expression. As the building rises, the architectural language gradually shifts; darker materials, deeper frames, and vertical elements distinguish the upper levels from the main body of the building, giving them a more distinctive identity. This gradual transition transforms the building into a composition of architectural layers—from open and inviting public spaces at the lower levels to private and distinctive residences above.

The residential units are organized into several distinct typologies, designed to accommodate a diverse range of needs and lifestyles. Across the typical floors, the units follow a clear and repetitive spatial organization, while the special floors offer a different and more private living experience through increased floor areas and variations in spatial arrangement. This diversity, combined with the architectural coherence of the building, creates a collection of distinct yet closely related homes.
